The world is full of them. We shall figure out a new way of inventing the next graph theory, if graph theory wasn't the last mathematics discovery.
Solving math problems professionally is just a job; it is not the pinnacle of human achievement. Stop all the whining and get in queue. Software engineering has already been disrupted for a while now.
The cool thing about how AI has come for jobs is that it started with the industries that created it. So eventually, when it comes for lawyers and soldiers, they won't have anyone to argue with or kill besides the AI itself.
