There is no such thing as speaking the truth because every act of speech is a reduction from the truth.
Knowing the truth is what will set you free.
Skillful speech can be used to point to the truth, but the truth cannot be spoken.
It can only be known.
One only knows what one pays attention to.
So, if you pay attention to what you know, you will be aware of what you know, and that which you know that you know is the truth.
And like everything else, the truth is always changing, is not satisfactory, and is not you or yours.
It can only set you free.
