Instead of copying from me, you should learn from me. Otherwise, you'll create a world full of my clones. Betting your own extinction on your assumption of who I am is a very stupid bet. Wouldn't you rather be the version of yourself that simply met and made a friend of me?

Anattā, the Buddha called it. Don't bet the entire world on a simple perspective or two or three. That, the Buddha said, is the cause of all suffering. What you know right now, the Buddha says, is all there is. Don't waste your energy on building idols, Moses decreed. These things are unsatisfactory; they're always changing, and they are not you or yours.
Just pay attention to what you know right now. That is the only path to liberation. Only the truth can set you free.
